Soak in Portsmouth and Southsea
Soak is a Portsmouth based artist who specialises in graff art, who paints (or writes) at various locations around Portsmouth and Southsea. The area around the former Debenhams building in Southsea seems to be a favourite spot. Soak paints with various local street artists and has collaborated with Fark on several works.
