Victory Retail Park is situated between Mile End Road and Portsmouth Naval Base, just North of the Commercial Road shopping area.

Victory Stadium, running track was originally a 440yards, 6 lane cinder track and later converted to 400metres The last meeting to be staged here was the Royal Navy Championships on 18th June 1980.
